I was fortunate enough to join Karen’s Pilates class last year and Saturday mornings have taken on a whole new dimension for me. I would like to thank you for introducing me to Pilates. I feel better, look better (well i think i do) and mentally am enjoying life much more. My stress levels have reduced and i am convinced that PILATES is helping me control other problems that people of a certain age have to deal with such as blood pressure, cholesterol etc. I can see myself doing Pilates for the rest of my life.
